چکیده
The contamination of soils with metals applies, in particular, to areas related industry, the mining raw materials and ores, transport, agriculture. Unlike organic materials, cannot degrade over time need be reduced, removed, or immobilized soil. One remediation methods for contaminated is phytoextraction, which uses plants’ ability accumulate their own tissues. Metals enter plant organism through roots are transported aboveground parts, where they accumulated. In this study, we evaluated phytoaccumulative abilities two species tested on from industrial different extents (Zn, Cd, Ni, Pb, Cr, Cu). research was conducted three years under conditions a pot experiment. order obtain four varying degrees metal contamination, areas, G1 (contaminated) G2 (uncontaminated), were mixed following ratios: 1:1, 1:3, 1:7, 1:9. phytoremediation process, Festuca rubra L. Alyssum saxatile tested. After analyzing results bioconcentration factor (BCF) plants, it noted that both plants accumulated Cd Zn more easily, followed by Cu, then Pb lesser extent. values factors correlated high mobility these elements compared other relatively easy uptake plants. has an L., confirmed BCF (0.764) transfer (TF) (3.5) (for 1:7 combination) values. calculated BCFs less than one all metals, allows us state not accumulator.

Trace elements are potentially toxic to human life and the environment. Element toxicity depends on chemical associations in soils. Therefore, determining the chemical form of an element in soils is important to evaluate its mobility and bioavailability. Initial soil development in river floodplains influences soil properties, processes and therefore behavior of trace elements. In this study, t...
متن کاملDispersion of Cd , Cr , Cu , Ni , Pb and Zn Particles in a Turbulent Air Flow
From the prospective of air quality, the dispersion of heavy metal pollutants has gain importance in recent past. The pollutants disperse from the point of release to the distant areas transporting contaminants there. Heavy metal pollutants in the form of fine particulate matter can be harmful to human health through inhalation. In this study the lateral dispersion of heavy particles is predict...
متن کاملAccumulation of heavy metals (Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni and Zn) in Raphanus sativus L. and Spinacia oleracea L. plants irrigated with industrial effluent.
Effluent from electroplating industry contains various heavy metals like Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni and Zn, which are used in electroplating process of industry. Effluent was slightly greenish in colour and pungent in odour. Physico-chemical properties like total suspended solids (TSS), total solids (TS), alkalinity, Biological oxygen demand (BOD), and Chemical oxygen demand (COD) showed higher values in e...
